The Pretty-Damn-Good Dry Patch Warranty
Dry Patch Ltd place a 12 month Warranty on all our products. If a Warranty claim is accepted within this period we will offer a free repair service or in the case that the product cannot be repaired, we will offer a full replacement of that product.
The Warranty period applies from the date of purchase by the customer and is non-transferable - which means it applies to the original purchaser of the product(s) only. You must ensure you have purchased a genuine Dry Patch Ltd. product either direct from the Dry Patch online store (www.dry-patch.com) or from an authorized re-seller for us to process a Warranty claim on a faulty or damaged product. The Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumable items such as batteries or lights unless otherwise stated on the packaging or label (please retain as proof). However, we do offer a low cost repair or replacement service for these issues). The warranty is void if the defect is caused by misuse; neglect and tampering or if the use of the product is not used as per of the guidelines provided by Dry Patch Ltd. The Warranty will be considered void if the product is altered or previously repaired by unauthorized persons (meaning an approved Dry Patch Ltd employee or third party). The warranty will also not be considered if:
A) The Dry Patch label has been removed from/the product
B) Where reasonable wear-and-tear over the Warranty period is expected
C) The product is counterfeit
D) The product was purchased from an un-authorised re-seller
Warranty claims should be submitted to Dry Patch Ltd if purchased via the Dry Patch online store, www.dry-patch.com, or directly to the retail outlet or website you purchased the Dry Patch goods from as this is who you have a legal contract of sale with.
Where this is not possible (e.g. if the store has gone into administration), Dry Patch Ltd. are committed to assist with a Warranty claim, however return postage will not be covered. We will require details of the product (eg. product name, serial number) and proof of purchase (eg. receipt, online invoice, emailed purchase confirmation, bank statement showing the transaction).
