Can I cancel an order?
You have the right to cancel the sales contract (your purchase) within 14 days without giving any reason - But we'd still like to know why.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email to

What happens when I have canceled my order?
Well we're glad you asked because we will rather helpfully reimburse you all payments we have received from you.
We could make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary roughness when you were handling the products in question.
We will make the reimbursement nice and quick - no later than 14 days after the day we receive the products in question back from you.
We'll make the reimbursement to the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless we've both agreed otherwise.
The customer needs to send the product in question back (or hand them over to us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Who pays for the cost of returning the goods?
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless there is a defect in the product. But we'll give you 10% of your next purchase to soften the blow.
